Managers are users in the Urban Ball game who have accumulated surplus skills and character cards that are not being used. Managers might not want to sell their NFTs because they think it will be an appreciating asset. So to still create passive income off of these NFT's they can put them on the lending market for other players to borrow.

When the skill or character card is loaned to another user, they are called scholars. The scholar can use the NFT to win 1 V 1 games, and then the prize compensation has a specific royalty given to the manager as a compensation for lending the NFT to them. Depending on the rarity of the card the split is updated to compensate for the risk of lending out the NFT to another user.
